<p>As said on <a href="https://github.com/probonopd/AppImages/issues/145#issuecomment-262383994" class="issue-link js-issue-link" data-url="https://github.com/probonopd/AppImages/issues/145" data-id="190838422" data-error-text="Failed to load issue title" data-permission-text="Issue title is private">probonopd/AppImages#145 (comment)</a> I really doubt it's because F24 doesn't have this lib, but rather because you pack other outdated libs F24's version of it depend on.  Just don't pack anything you don't know why you would IMO.</p>
