<p>See <code>document_highlight_tags()</code> in <code>document.c</code>.  Thats where the typenames are passed to Scintilla, conceptually something similar for function names could be used.  As I said before, you might have to add an extra wordlist to the Scintilla lexer, but thats easy IIUC.   You would probably need a version of <code>symbols_find_typenames_as_string()</code> for function names.</p>
