<p>How did you determine the typenames?  And don't forget in a C++ declaration the names <code>A</code> and <code>B</code> may or may not be present.</p>

<p>Because its filetype C, not C++, see the status bar in your image above, so class definitions are not understood. Thats fixed in latest Git, but you may have a modified <code>filetype_extensions.conf</code> in your user config.</p>
