<p>However, doing this is somewhat tricky, because you seldom want to open <em>all</em> files recursively in a directory, but rather a selected set of file types at best.</p>

<p><a href="https://github.com/hpmuthu" class="user-mention">@hpmuthu</a> I'd suggest you to look at some project plugins like Project Organizer, which maintains a list of files part of the project based on a base directory and a set of file patters (plus additional bells and whistles).</p>
