<p>The default color scheme does use red for comments, so that sounds expected.  The only exception are documentation comments (<code>/** */</code> or <code>/*! */</code>) are colored blue by default.</p>

<p>So, what did you expect?  How did they look before?  Which version of Geany?  Have you selected a different color scheme?</p>
