[Github-comments] [geany/geany-plugins] auto-close plugin issue (Issue #1173)

Maybe this issue also comes from "over" translate?
Eg. `『} 【] （) “" ‘'`
each auto close, the first character is an Chinese Bracket/Quota Character, It not need to be auto closed. 
There is hexdump result, `xclip -o` hold the string above.
