[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Windows: Bundle xz in installer (PR #3093)

It contains both, the library and a few utility programs (see the Files list section on https://packages.msys2.org/package/mingw-w64-x86_64-xz?repo=mingw64). But everything except the library is stripped out already by the bundle script.
