[Github-comments] [geany/geany-plugins] TreeBrowser: "New File" and "New Folder" do nothing in root directory (Issue #1152)

**Expected behavior:**

Create a file/folder

**Actual behavior:**

No file/folder created.

Pull request #960 fixes this. Just figured I should make an issue to explain it.
