[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Remove Ferite parser from c.c (PR #3075)

I updated the pull request to keep a dummy parser ID so we don't renumber existing parsers - there should be no problem here.

However, I think we will only be able to remove the Ferite filetype once we have some real filetype to "patch" the gap inside GeanyFiletypeID - there's code in Geany going through all filetypes in a cycle and we cannot just insert some invalid filetype there. The GDScipt pull request could be a good candidate here.
