On msys2/mingw64, we have mingw-w64-x86_64-glib2 2.68.4-1, which appears to be what geany 1.38beta1 is built with.

Glib GLib 2.69.3 appears to be the latest stable release on [https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib](https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib)
