[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Can you please disable auto scroll when the scroll is not at the bottom of the available output (#2772)

Just remembered about this issue as I was looking through my notifications for something else, just tested it now but running my app from inside geany, the scrollbar refused to stay in the middle when more was being printed to stdout/stderr
