I don't know Exlixir and Phoenix and probably most other devs don't as well.

Maybe you could give it a try yourself. In https://geany.org/manual/hacking.html#adding-a-filetype the necessary steps to create a custom filetype are described.

On https://wiki.geany.org/config/start you can find already created custom filetypes which might be useful as template and/or inspiration.

If you succeed, feel free to add your custom filetype to the wiki.
