[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Use relative paths for project session files if base directory is relative (PR #3021)

To @xiota and @kugel- just more context why I want this to work:

In my past work I had to switch between 2 machines - on my personal machine I did the main development because it was more comfortable and then test it on the customer's machine with the testing environment. Because of security reasons, there was no LAN or Internet so I had to tar the project on my machine, move to an USB stick, and then untar it on the customer's machine. The home directory on my machine was different than the one on the customer's machine and moving the project just broke the session files which was really annoying.

While I don't need this any more, I think there should be a way to transfer projects somewhere else without any consequences for the project itself. Other editors handle this without any problem and it's a shame Geany doesn't.
