[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Improve user experience when creating new projects (PR #3018)

If the project file could be renamed/moved from the Project Properties dialog... you could add a new menu item to the Project menu: "New (from Folder)..."  When clicked, the user would select a folder.  Then the Project Properties would be opened with everything filled in with defaults.  The filename could be highlighted to indicate that it can be edited.  The user would be able to change other options as desired.
