[Github-comments] [geany/geany] .travis.yml: add tests for gcc 8, 9, 10, on Ubuntu xenial, bionic and focal (#2574)

Since we recently switched to Github Actions, the changes no longer apply.
I wonder if it is useful at all to test so many compiler variants. At first, it would require much more resources in the CI system for maybe only a little use, IMO.

The matrix configuration might be even easier with Github Actions if still wanted.
