One is better than none, and it's impossible to address everything.  At the least, the most likely problems will have been considered, and it will have been deemed reasonable to direct people to the manual ([Customizing Geany's appearance using GTK+ CSS](https://www.geany.org/manual/dev/index.html#customizing-geany-s-appearance-using-gtk-css)).
