[Github-comments] [geany/geany] WIP: Meson build system (#2761)

Seems meson installs .so files to `$PREFIX/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu` not `$PREFIX/lib`.  Linking from `$PREFIX/lib/libgeany.so.0` works, but needs to be fixed properly.
