[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Stop auto-scroll when the scroll is not at the bottom of output #2772 (#2829)

I am sorry, I found a bug that occurs when building a common project (like geany).
The compiler tab cannot scroll correctly if build system outputs message too frequency.
I will try fix it.
