I don't know why the Mingw CI build is not getting the [`gmodule-no-export-2.0` flags](https://github.com/geany/geany/pull/2610/files#diff-67e997bcfdac55191033d57a16d1408aL99) which should make it link to `-lgmodule-2.0`.
