Just one final clarification from me in regards to @elextr comment

This is titled "context menu" because it is located in the right-click context menu that happens when you click on the notebook tab. I probably couldve named the PR "right-click popup menu update", but I think the word "context menu" (esp for right click actions) is more known. Do pardon any semantic confusion that may've caused.
