[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Executing python files on a Chromebooks (w/Linux beta) (#2707)

I'm not sure if anyone is familiar with using Geany on Chromebooks with Linux(Beta)?
I've tried executing python files within Geany but everytime the terminal flashes open briefly and a page with empty html formatting will pop up instead.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
