Hello elextr,
thank you very much for Your answer ! I started Geany in 2 ways, from menu and with an icon in a folder from the desktop that i have created. The behaviour is the same when i started my python file. Only the empty Terminal window appears, that's all. When i load and start my python program from IDLE the Tkinter window appears and it runs.

How are you starting Geany? Are all the right python tk parts in your path? Sometimes Geany started from menus is not started i n a shell, so the login startup files are never read and setups are missed.—
