Thanks for this hint - it is helpful to be able to select part of a long line. But enabling this option has the adverse side-effect that the cursor will also be placed into some "virtual space" when not click-drag-selecting, for example when just pressing cursor up/down.
It would be much more intuitive if only the scrolling while click-drag-selecting could be disabled, without placing the cursor into a virtual space.

I knew of that option and always prefer a not wrapped display.
