@ruzgarmax a possible more convenient and permanent workaround would be to change the VTE preferences to have "Execute programs in the VTE" ticked as well as "Don't use run script". That will make it use the built-in Terminal tab in the messages window area, and the shell can also be configured there as well. Personally I like this better than an external popup window anyway.
