[Github-comments] [geany/geany] C parser breaks with multi-line comment in macro (#2349)

To be clear, the reason it doesn't seem worth too much effort is:

1. its a function of the rather esoteric language lawyer ordering of the translation phases and I doubt ctags emulates them at all

2. @codebrainz has indicated a perfectly reasonable workaround that works for humans too
