As an end-user of Geany, I googled for "Geany plugins" and landed at https://plugins.geany.org/. I'm not a plugin developer, I just wanted to install a plugin. The information was not easy to find, so I'm submitting this PR hoping to improve that situation for Geany users who just want to find out how to install a plugin.
