[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Need Gutter between Code Folding and Edge of Page (#2095)

Nobody mentioned that not having default setup and using the options to
turn things off would break things.

Marker margins fixes that problem.  Now it is hard to click the markers
tho... which is probably why I turned them off not realizing I just moved
the problem.
