[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Config Directory can not be created (#2203)

Upgraded to Ubuntu 19.04
Installed Geany via cmd line "sudo apt install geany"
When starting Geany I get the following popup (see attachment)
in the terminal Windows I see the following: 
nbeerli at nbeerli-galaxy3:~$ geany
symlink: Permission denied
nbeerli at nbeerli-galaxy3:~$
