[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Add "Save configuration" option (#2173)

Add "Preferences > General > Shutdown > Save Configuration"
default - On

When On, Geany saves the geany.conf at shutdown, as it does now.
When Off, Geany saves the geany.conf only when Preferences dialog is accepted (OK or Apply).

Move "Save window size" and "Save window position" into a separate group.
Save these when geany.conf is saved, instead of when geany shuts down.
