[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Need Gutter between Code Folding and Edge of Page (#2095)

on mine it is nearly impossible to click the beginning of the line.  the
side bar mover icon covers half or more of the beginning line area.

it does seem like it would be better to fix from scintilla perhaps.  but I
can also imagine fixing the side bar proximity to page itself.
