[Github-comments] [geany/www.geany.org] Font size (#17)

Sorry for spamming the issue tracker with ideas.

The current font size (14px) seems a little small. To me it looks better by setting the `font-size` on the `<html>` element to `18px`, and then setting the `font-size` on the `<body>` element to `1rem`.
