Thats an option to `SCI_CREATEDOCUMENT` which Geany does not use since it does not use views.

@b4n, why would it matter to the display in Scintilla what Geany uses?  Scintilla uses counters the size of pointers, so that would suggest a 64 bit counter on a 64 bit system.
