What @elextr said (and yes, the icon in question is a brick indeed) and additionally you could try playing with GTK icon sie setting.
Create and/or edit the file `C:\Users\enrico\.gtkrc-2.0` and play with
```
gtk-icon-sizes = "gtk-large-toolbar=96,96:gtk-small-toolbar=20,20"
```
Basically, this should work. However, I couldn't manage to get it running right now. I guess searching the net and read the GTK docs will help.
