Yeah, apparently it was fixed separately: https://github.com/universal-ctags/ctags/commit/4ceab02734d91bcbaf765be0f4e4ae83b35a1f52

OK for the other two.  I'll check the rest of the changes in the coming days (yes yes I will -- or at least try hard)
