[Github-comments] [geany/geany] The preferences dialog should indicate which settings are overridden by project settings (#1363)

@shiftee thanks for the references, I was sure there was a longer discussion somewhere, but never mind.

Suggestions are welcome of how to make it visible that this setting is overridden in a way that does not intrude too much for experienced users, but is understandable to new users (without them reading the manual, and thats the hard part).
