[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Vala comments inserted with Ctrl+E are not indented correctly (#1920)

This setting is commented out for [Vala](https://github.com/geany/geany/blob/3f20ad363a38e9f6b08877d5ade1290d7c69e670/data/filedefs/filetypes.vala#L38)

vs being set for  [Python](https://github.com/geany/geany/blob/3f20ad363a38e9f6b08877d5ade1290d7c69e670/data/filedefs/filetypes.python#L60)

Some Valaist should decide if this is deliberate.
