[Github-comments] [geany/geany-plugins] treebrowser: Add myself as maintainer (#627)

I'd like to maintain the treebrowser plugin once again (I was also the maintainer for a while a few years ago before I got too busy with work and had to resign).  I'm interested in fixing various bugs and making it as reliable as the rest of Geany.
