[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Execute button has no effect with Windows 10 (#1018)

in geany 1.31,  with win10
`builtin` still fails to work when the html source file to execute isn't on drive C:

error msg in status bar: 
failed to open URI "/myDir\subdir\myfile.html" the system cannot find the file specified
