[Github-comments] [geany/geany-plugins] Added common utils lib (#620)

@codebrainz: thanks, at least linking works now.

But something is wrong regarding the lib path. After starting geany I see the following error in the debug messages:
```
21:53:54: Geany INFO		: Can't load plugin: libgeanypluginutils.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
21:53:54: Geany INFO		: Failed to load "/usr/local/lib/geany/workbench.so" - ignoring plugin!
```
