[Github-comments] [geany/geany] keybindings: inconsistent and not translated (#1630)

Not tested, but I'm guessing GTK+ itself uses [`gtk_accelerator_get_label`](https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/gtk3-Keyboard-Accelerators.html#gtk-accelerator-get-label) or [`gtk_accelerator_get_label_with_keycode`](https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/gtk3-Keyboard-Accelerators.html#gtk-accelerator-get-label-with-keycode) or such to get the translated name for display.
