[Github-comments] [geany/geany] File is not release after closing same from Geany (#1498)

Hello

Geany Version : 1.23.1
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 BIT

Release means: Even on closing the file from Geany, it appears that file is
still open in Geany.
