[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Empty file shouldn't prompt to save when being closed (#1710)

I can confirm that with the latest version (1.32):

Case 1:
- create new file
- close it
- no save prompt

Case 2:
- create new file
- enter some text
- delete all text
- close it
- user is prompted to save file even though it's empty
