Thanks for proposing this.

Adding a single note is a good idea, but it should be accurate, not just "Some of the ...".  Also someone reading the keybinding description might not see the note.

So I suggest that the relevant keybindings items that operate that way have "See note below." added so the reader is directed to the note, and then the note doesn't have to list the actions that it applies to.
