[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Reload extern-modified files if buffer is clean (#1245)

elextr requested changes on this pull request.

This should not be accepted without a preference (defaulting to disable) to enable this behaviour.  

Silently overwriting files without user input is not acceptable as default behaviour.
