Oh and if those plugins are missing then it's the fault of your build system for Geany Plugins. I compiled both Geany and Geany plugins from source code and installed them to the AppDir directory (which has the structure you showed at that external link) via the `--prefix` setting for configure to `/AppDir/usr`.
