[Github-comments] [geany] Add and use enum _GeanyFiletypeID for filetype_id typedef. (#952)

@codebrainz won't like the leading `_` :)

I guess this is a reasonable workaround.  Though, I guess the best fix would be moving enumeration definitions higher in the header, before the typedefs, so they are properly defined when typedef'd.  Would that be hard?
