Doesn't work here, giving an FTP file address at the command line.

It works if I mount the FTP server in Dolphin and then "Open With" Geany, but it only opens a local copy of the file (in `/home/me/.cache/kioexec/krun`), so you can't save (and if you try, it hangs the file manager for some reason).
