[Github-comments] [geany] cant edit files over network (#921)

@codebrainz sure, but using a known buggy GIO to trade for a different set of complaints isn't sensible.  We already have plenty of complaints from people who lose data when their sshfs connections fail, lets not add everybody who accesses any remote file system to that list.
