[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Keybindings for next/previous calltip (#1100)

When Geany is unsure which calltip to show for a given word, it shows little up and down arrows in the calltip:

Clicking on these arrows switches to the previous and next calltip, respectively.

There should be keybindings for these arrows.
