Works fine on my high DPI screen on Windows and Linux. I guess the problem is rather that when scaling the text size up but not the resolution, the icons aren't also scaled. I think this bug would only be valid for Geany (as opposed to GTK+) if it was more like "icons are blurry". That is, we didn't provide high-enough resolution or scalable icons, and GTK+ was properly trying to scale up the icons. But if GTK+ isn't trying, or Windows is doing something weird like in #692, it's not really a Geany bug, AFAICT.
